RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Class Registrations

All class registrations are final and non-refundable. Classes may be rescheduled at the instructor's discretion with at least 72 hours notice.

Battle Born Training Center-Initiated Cancellations: If we must cancel a class due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive credit toward any future class of your choice.

Physical Products: For any physical products purchased (gear, equipment, etc.), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase in unused, original condition for a full refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and its condition is verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
