Training Classes and Courses

Training classes and courses do not require shipping. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with class details, location, and instructions.

Physical Products

For physical products such as gear, equipment, and merchandise:

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • We ship via [USPS/UPS/FedEx - specify your carrier(s)].
  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time:

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Local Pickup:

  • Local pickup is available at our Carson City location by appointment ONLY.
  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange pickup.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address changes must be requested within [24 hours] of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
