  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept payment methods as displayed on our website.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

6. LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  • Firearms training involves inherent risks. By participating in our courses, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with firearms handling and training activities.
  • Participants will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement and Liability Waiver on the day of the course.
  • Battle Born Training Center, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during training.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Battle Born Training Center and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
